The very nature of this time is a current that takes whatever enthusiasm there is and multiplies its endurance. The full nectar of relationship is its ability to completely culture a position that templates the secular volume of need.

Within this inert formula is a loyalty that forgives all impotence.

I am seeking this within myself so I can gain once again a deep connection with myth, and allow myself the grace of a reality that is dimensionally current to my life in a body.

We begin a sabbatical tomorrow and I already feel myself sinking deeper into a space that thrills the very Soul of me. I am impassioned with the space of enthusiasm that moves through the opening this time will allow.

I have prepared the ground of witness that will be needed for a deeper gesture of thought.
The connecting factors of realization set up a phase that will endeavor to release the formula of vision that is needed for metamorphosis.

Rich is the dirt of a seeded life. Time to order seeds.

A definite shift in the feeling and ease of expression and movement. Breakfast with my family and friends and held within the conversation was rich realizations.

Myth is often a deep truth that is not always factual. This was the conversation, and how we have so often felt this absolute truth within our work, but the frustration that it seems not factual in actual physical effect.

This level of our work has been hard to believe in, but this conversation today seemed to unveil the secret held within it.

I don’t quite understand it all, but I am letting it settle around me and inside of me till it becomes part of what I know and this in turn strengthens my own belief as asked for. Rebirth is truly a way of seeing what is.

Blizzard over, walked in snow last evening, up to knees in places. Very fun. Threw snowballs in river and made snow bear woman sitting in front of window. I have not played in the snow like this for many years.

I work between the pages of my life and fold and hold the words in air, as they rearrange my alchemy and shuffle my elements till a new perspective is ready for change. I quarter the past into smaller bites and I half the future into larger ones.

I cannot any longer walk in my own shoes the way they are. one is higher than the other, so I pad it with felt and equalize the knowing. When the knowing is larger than the feeling, one must raise the felt till both can walk at the same rate.

What I feel I know is down, so I add more felt in my right shoe and soon my hips will equalize and I can walk again more freely in my own shoes without pain.

Snow begins as it builds into a beautiful white world. I sit and watch the snow as I write this A.M.
The village green becomes magical and the river flows through the center of the whiteness.

Water seed of fire creates new questions and I ask what within my work is within a creative tension. What builds an then is unbuilt, what creates and then is uncreated. What knows and then is ignorant. What flows and then is evaporated, what burns and then is washed out?

I feel this in my life and I want to create a new relationship with the created within me.

I want the wholly believe in what is given to me and I create with. I want to understand what I build and create with it. I want to establish a respect for what I feel, I think, I say, and I do.

I want my fire to flow with my water and my water to burn with my fire. I must bathe with fire and dry with water to create this balance and I ask for the insight, will, action, to do this.

One body in cooperation with all its elements and creating from this. This is my work.

Today the perspective of my rhythm is needing a new look.

“Fire embodies the soul of desire, motivation, achievement, and enthusiasm. When combined with Ether (boundless space) it produces a current of limitlessness.” Dr. John Munford.

I have been inside this level of the alchemical process for two days, and I have felt I have had to transmute what is in the way of this limitlessness. I have sat deeply into the current and moved within the flow of what could not move.

Robert & I both are beginning to enter the center of the new work and the feeling of the metamorphosis is felt and rather palatable. In this time we feel the fallow period of the early part of a body of work. This is always a harder part of the work, because of its wildness, and so much of the work in this part is invisible, non-producing, but still requires energy, surrender, and deep travel.

After all these years, I still at times get frustrated, feel unworthy, struggle to look useful, then I remember and remind myself of all I know about the fallow period, where the rich dirt of a body of work rests.

The struggle creates many aches and pains, and I must remember that I must take time to consume myself, and allow a fruition to work within me.

The Sacred sense of aspiration is the longing source of what reaches to touch the divine in a way that is fully fleshed into light.

I long, I reach, I forgive my distance and yield into my senses. I try the sacred repose and the expectation of relief surprises me. I long to hear more deeply than the surface of thought.

Since I was a young child I craved a transportment that gave my senses the feelings of memory before I was born. I hold this memory inside my frame, I aspire to ground it into my very breath.

I do not understand this time, I can only write beyond my mind, my thought, my reason. There, in these words, I find the hidden truth of what has not yet been claimed by the world of noise. I use this noise to distract my mind, as I enter the aspiration of the words I know lay hidden in the recesses of my divinity.

To aspire is the Soul’s divine reach into the ethers.

Pain for me is a signal that I am in some way compromising my work. I am, in some way that I am not often aware of, in thought or deed slipping away from my true identity in this life.

I am sometimes blinded to this so my body, like sitting on a hot stove, signals me till I hop off.
This is a frustrating relationship so I am now looking deeper into the signals and re-patterning my mind in a way that creates an undisturbed focus on what I truly desire.

Perseverance is the key and I am asking what are the ways my mind and body travels into compromise. We are taught this so much in our developing years, and our relationship with our creative life, that we hardly know any other way.

The comfort is gone and the search is on and I follow the pain to its origin. Its origin is a unique being of shining presence that blinded my life so I could get used to more light.

Twenty seven bald eagles flew over our heads this evening as we walked the village green. They were amazing flying in sets of two and three at a time.

I inherently feel that their vast presence is a picture so much bigger than I have seen before, that I feel almost blind to this time. Everything has seemed to become so ordinary, even though everything about this time is clearly not.

This last year I have felt placed inside and outside our work at the same time, and awakened to the eccentric sounds of ordinary aging life, even though I know these are not, in truth, my reality.
In truth the concept of transformation has a completion cycle within its emerging pattern and this is often seen as age in time, but present in a new formation.

The sacred craves a new horizon and I don’t quite yet see the cradle of this rising newness. I employ my upper body to relax into this memory so I can begin to realize the connection from an eagle-eye view.

The secret of the Circle is what rests within its frame and the mental plane of what will rotate onto the surface of the square.

I have come to a needed space of confusion and its boundaries have been completely felt. Robert & I both restless this night, as we go in and out of our sleep. I feel exhausted, but awake, and the very nature of the night congeals no realization, but the effort to write does seem to yield a surface to land upon.

The circle, like a round bed, and the square, my frame spinning in a whirlwind of potentials. I unpour myself and move to dreaming once again for solace.

The center of circle negotiates, the square opens and I begin to realize the solid nature of my life in a new way. Perspective being the vehicle of moving obstacles I bring the airy concept of change into a solid matter of daily awareness.

The requirements of past are seen as unstable and the allowance of future is seen as open to the recognition. I am human and my human ways are the most powerful. Through my humanness I become angelic.

This year of 2011 is a time of becoming Mutual Harmony within my self, my life, my work, and my relationship with what I do and conceive.

Success lies within the finding the bridge that will connect my enthusiastic doer with my idealistic conceiver. This bridge is my ability to listen. In this listening I can find balance, so the alchemical fires of my unconscious creativity can emerge a body of work that the spilling effort can transform within.

Metamorphosis, being the name of the next December show, will create a palette for the entry of our 2012 body of work, Ascension.

The balance between doing, listening, and emerging is all in the rhythm. The rhythm must be felt and the pace must be honored, and the grace given room for a full wing spread.

Held within a singular moment is all the potential of creation and within this is metamorphosis. Fire seed of ether is the point of the alchemical process I was born into.

I am a fire sign and the Raven, which is the totem of my inner light, is ether. I keep my own presence ready as I move forward the beginning of the body of work for this year. There are many layers held within it and the full mantra of its awakening is present for me to feel.

I write from the center of my being and I hold the pleasure of change as a full quality of awareness that lights my way. Within transformation is transmutation that creates a current of unlimited space.

I open myself to this unlimited space as I sit and look into the full mystery, as I write and wait for the position of vision.

The day accepts the task of being written upon early, and I hope once again to find words given into my hand. To receive the word is to receive the plan, the blueprint of potential.

Ether gives to air and air gives to flesh, and the letter of the word is made real to be lived within.
I enter this new year with a larger view, but a small plan. A plan so tiny that I barely see it and I feel only its existence.

Letters of the word awaken me and I listen. I listen to the earth, I listen to the air, and the ethers wrap around me like a boat, I float upon the water’s need of my body as fire.I come to the crystal clear awareness of emptiness and how it sits within me.

Opening the space between my mind and my feelings, I begin to awaken the spine of my own aspirations. Life has come into a pouring open and a giving up.

The total expression of the maturity of living in a form is the willingness to except the shedding. There is always a small amount of blood lost in the shedding of the character of ignorance.

The knowing comes in to lift the feelings into a new awareness of its own value. The spine equates a forming that realizes the bending of will and the courage of current as it moves into a new rhythm, new beat, new pulse of existence.

Water, the feminine intuition is so current in my life, as I sit by the river each day and watch her tidal flow rise and lower. I have had to learn to embrace myself more fully , as the time opens for me.

I have had to listen even deeper to my own tides and learn a diplomacy with the emotion of my being. Where does it go inside of me and how does it take me into so many different rhythms and currents?

An awareness of what is best to be solved by being dissolved, gently, and in essence absolved of its needs, is more present. The pace of this time awakens in me a rhythm more pure of itself and slower than a pace once needed in my life. It is amazing though, because more is actually accomplished.

This is the power of the feminine cooperative motion, to drop the competition that time can create and flow into and with the rhythm of emotion. Diplomacy, forgiving pace of rhythm that opens everything in its own time.

The sacred meaning of thought transferred into word is the intention and its readiness to give fully from the heart.

The beginning is always when the intention is set and the making of thought follows. True and deep resonance is the logos and the full throat of motion creates the vortex that allows words their place in matter.

Integrity is what gives structure to the intention and the intention creates the aim and purpose of all that is sent out into.

Creation is held within this intuition and the meaning is distant. What we say has a distinct meaning before it is even said and the word is linked only to the intention when creation begins.

Welcomed is the space of need for it is how the intention settles into desire. When I sat to listen at dawn, this is what I heard and this is what I’ll move deeper into.

To know where one is inside the alchemical process is foundational in itself.

It seems this cycle has slowed down a great deal for me. I seem to stay within each phase longer and deeper. At one point I was moving very quickly from one phase to the next, but now I am more like turtle, and this I have needed.

We have completed this year’s body of work and it is being shown. We have begun the next body of work, “Metamorphosis”, and there is a big shift within it from the very beginning.

The flavor and taste of this time is given more room and I sit more mindless but more mindful.

The attitude is letting go so the cocoon can begin to open. The foundation of Terra Firma is strong and it is the time to begin a new cycle.

I sit on my cushion as I write, and look out the glass at the river. The eagles will be here soon.

Water runs through me.

Today is my daughter Susanna’s birthday, and I am going to care for her little ones while she has some time for herself. Time for the self’s rich environment, an essential foundation for things to grow.

Time is a rare seed and we find it often shrivels and does not germinate what we see in our mind’s eye. When we finally have it, we don’t know how to utilize it fully, in a deeper way. It takes a real alchemist to make time create a stable foundation.

Terra Firma is not always under our feet, and we have to grasp the earth of our lives and plant our feet into it.I have a practice of yoga to do this very thing. I would like to jump up and run into my day with a voracious array of multi-tasking, because I am fire, but I have learned that unless I plant my feet in Terra Firma each morning, firmly through my practice of yoga, I will end up struggling with what need no struggle.

I will multi-task what is only singular and simple, I will confuse my body with the necessity of everyone's thought, except my own. In essence my day will run away with my spoon, and fork, and knife, and the moon will be silent.

I thrive on nature as it has enveloped my life with flowers, herbs, and the sea. I now enter a time where I must know what I feel and feel what I know, and time must be my muse.

I have prayed for time and now I must walk with this companion. To live fully I must know what it is to be fully awake to the seed of time held in the deep mystery and what holds the door open.

The hope that conceals the presence of the bond between the future and present is moving into its place of no longer hidden. It holds the negative forces a bay and allows the full sequence of an enamored presence of feeling joy even below the current of caution.

I have in many ways begun to relate my life at the center of a new cause and the participation of hope gives me room to advance.

There is much coming in the way of words that can reveal a larger wheel of destiny that I have seen before. I am awakening the air of thought within me that creates a harmony within me that soothes my frame.

This harmony follows the language of my cellular library that signals me for the attention of my soul.

The bridge that connects the nerves of my rivers of feeling is the listening and following of its path of language. The chi speaks as it moves me into relaxation. To follow it in my mind is like a woodland nymph that has caught the attention of the light.

A mutual harmony is only in the language of this air seed of fire, finding the connection of the attention of the mind. The conceiver to the doer. Speaking beyond the channel of the mind.

Within earth seed of water is a many layered equation that enables us to be totally enrolled in the mystery coming forward from the inner sanctuary of our soul.

I have yet to be able to completely drop into this boldness, but I feel my body getting ready for this deep longing to be felt savored. I have exhausted myself carefully and my frame is now tired enough to let go.

The fires of volume have burned full ,and now the intention of a lifetime begins to direct this entry with precision and awareness. It is odd that exhaustion can be a tool of the soul, but when used carefully it can be an excalibur of great precision and power, to open the body when it has been afraid to know.

In our past there are places we have been punished to know, and our frames remember this in our cellular library. In takes boldness to venture once again into this awareness, and sometimes exhaustion to help us let go.

I had a dear friend do reiki on me yesterday and I felt the symbols of my memory unlock my frame and open my will to my inner cellular libraries, which hold the memory of what I once knew, but lost my life for knowing.

The sacred works its way through the season’s fire of desire. The desires and dreams of this season build the forces of the transformation that the Christmas season brings to our hearts and lives.

The magic of color, sounds, and intentions deepen, as the season enters December, the month of the winter solstice, the return of the child, and the voice of The Gift. We all return to the full openness of what gives and the gift is not silent.

This weekend we endeavor to kiss our home and studio with the magic of Christmas; trees going up, ornaments going on, lights twinkling, and villages going under the tree of life.

We climb, we crawl, we sit cross-legged, as our hands move beauty through our fingers. The seeming chaos of Christmas is but an appearance overlaying order and rhythm.

We must allow the child its power, it is the master alchemist and its Lab Oratory is a temple of unceasing work. This is the story of the north pole and Santa Claus has given his life to the support of this alchemical work.

Those who hate Christmas and want it to be silent, untinseled, ungifted, are only hiding their hatred for the child and the power of the Master Alchemist to transform our world of greed.
Greed that wants the work to be arduous, unfulfilling, and never rewarded.

The Divine Child is celebrated and he comes in a big light, big noise, many colors. Play, play, play is what a child does. Our own Root Child is coming from underground and that child is noisy, colorful, and will keep us up at night, if we don’t listen to our play.

When we awaken each day our question should be not how I can save the world, or how I can produce the most, or how I can make a difference. Our question should be How can I play today. The alchemy of potency.

Fire Seed of Earth. A Christmas tree with the foundation of a new world within it. A triangle with a square inside. The Divine Opus. This is why Ganesh, the mover of obstacles, is a child.

To be in the beginning of the root of what is being made is to have an intention of Diplomacy, as what was becomes introduced to what is becoming.

The full intention of making is given room and the past present future merge to create a new state of time. What is ready is forwarded into the mind of timing and the hands of made are full of motion.

I feel, at the time of where I first began to write and be present in the work, was a time my hands were empty and my mind was open, because it was not filled up with other’s words, ideas, numbers, science, and philosophical omnipresence.

All was new to me, so I was able to speak in a rhythm that was outside the lines and I loved it. It felt more right than that was taught. It spoke to me in all directions.

The foundation is the focus and we have been organizing and setting the foundational energies of our home and studio residence on many levels.

In order to do the 3D work I did not realize completely what the meaning of 3D work was and I could not grasp why it took so much time and preparation. 3D work is actually taking the meaning of our work from one plane to the next until it is fully manifested on the 3rd dimension.

Bodies of work we paint or write are not always manifested as 3D when they first move into sound and color. It often takes years for them to move into a full 3D. We put together many levels at one time and it is rather theatrical as each book or painting evolves until the mystery it holds rises and becomes fully part of our every day lives in the 3rd dimension.

There is often a depth of pleasure in the translation of rhythm and full potential as each realizes the incision meaning that shifts our lives and brings intention into power.

We are cut from this suit of posture as we bend into a full meaning of word. The word creates a vision of dimensional clarity. Some work is written or painted in the future tense, but then travels through the past and present, in order to have the legs it needs, and the tense shifts till it is.

In reviewing and publishing the book, “The Sirius Mysteries”, my daughter, Susanna, and I found that the tense of the book shifted from future to past to present as we prepared it to publish.

Air Seed of Air: The Supernal Nurturer

Breaking the teapot twice, one begins to linger in the cracks. The acceptance of the need for a new pot begins to grow inside the inertia of the pot’s ability to hold water.

I sit and lean into the poured substance of myself and I begin to accept the presence of glue. Glue that holds things together, makes present the liquid formula for changes and the operative ability to reconcile the broken pot of tea.

Tea being such a translucent form of nurturance that holds the moment still to itself and open to thought. I fill the effort of care to the top and remember what first made me realize the potential of recovery. Recovery from a life of tension with my clay, as I reach to create between my mind and my clay.

As my clay rises to the heat of intention, a shift of mind pushes through it and the full memory of what is is formed in the mind. The clay folds into its own supple awareness and the feeling stretches across the meadow of memory that formed its land, its oceans, its ponds and rivers.

The flow ignites the waters of emotion and the full landscape of presence becomes seen.

The glue fills in the cracks and I begin to sit once again inside a full pot of tea. The colors roll back into the cracks and once again a new pot is given room to be set upon the table of life.

I sit transparent to my mind mike water and the clay of my existence once again knows it sits inside the soul of my environment. I render to my presence two teapots reconciled to the clay of living and the glue of Divinity that filled their broken clay with the wealth of tea.

Transcendent emotion ascending.

The feeling of change has moved into a full fire and I have had a day of kundalini, upset stomach, and needing to lay down and relax. This culminated in a very potent transformation and by the next day Robert & I both felt much better and we began actually doing the first 3D piece for the show.

We also started framing up the 22 pieces we have done for the show. It has been a beautiful two days, so we could go out periodically and ground by the river and do our Chi Gong.

We watched Avatar twice and Phillip Glass twice. Listened to Christmas music and read Anam Cara. Transformation is a current that activates the mystery and moves us into an active state of imagination.

Today has been one of much energy, resolution, an new beginnings, just as the foundation and needs. Earth seed of earth had a large eye and it seems to know itself well and what makes a strong support under our feet.

I did a very deep and slow yoga practice today and lately it seems to be reaching a depth of tension that I have needed to release. Like a long hand of breath it has consoled the part of me that holds on tight with courage.

Fruition is a demanding volume and it can crowd out my whimsy, even though it gives a sense of value. Fruition is not a good for me at present and I need to shift to a more imaginational and creative foundation to survive.

This day has marked itself with a gestational presence that is more realization. Within gestation there is patience, self-esteem, and value. In all this gestation can sit inside itself nurtured by the knowing of time.

I have needed more of this knowing of time and the liberation it gives me deep inside, where my joy resides. There is much grace found in this realization and once it is found the need is given room.

Realizations are part of our everyday life and they are the gifts of our perseverance. I do not take them for granted because they give me so much power and momentum. They are my daily contact with the Divine and the angelic realm of wisdom.

An inner dialogue has become what secures, what gestates within me, and the important parts of me has learned to wait in a more comfortable way.

The day has unfolded many changes and this is a requirement of earth seed of ether. Adjustments, realignments shift to make things connect better.

I asked for insight on what change was needed and Robert and I found ourselves completely renovating the kitchen. Changing where the food was, changing the location of plates and glasses, pastas, teas, and books.

It was amazing, because we had not awakened with this awareness, although I do realize that I had cooked all I could cook in the current arrangement, and I had registered that, but I had not realized it was a priority.

It was fun, restorative, and fulfilling. We then set up our art space for Tuesday, and watched the movie “Catwoman”. We loved it and it was timely. It is what had to be moved in this day, in order to create in the next level.

We also watched a show on Psusannces, an Egyptian Pharaoh who is called the Silver Pharaoh. It is amazing how a day threads together to create Renewal, but it certainly did. Listening will take you across the boards and back.

This is an active and social part of the alchemical process. You are the alchemical Fire in the Fire phase, so you must move heat, but be aware of your timing and amount.

In the right amount and rhythm fire and water can result in germination, followed by growth appearing above ground. This is a time of keen awareness and control of the collaboration you bring to water.

It must be in parts and mixed thoroughly. So you bring forward your heat, but always letting go, so your water can flow. This is not a time to be asleep to yourself and I have felt this alchemy in my day.

I am fully aware of the need to project forward my dreams and at the same time allowing water to form their body in a way that it can live.

I have listened to the dreamer, I have seen the dreaming, and I now allow myself to know, but not hold on too tight, as if it isn’t.

Ether Seed of Air is the caution of the integrity held within the word of manifestation. The sacred makes us aware and sensitive to the truth held within the light we each are, and the word is the motion of our thought into sound.

We cause the will of self to be purposed and the purposed is an alphabet of language that illustrates us.

After painting last night we were filled with our illustrated selves making the word our language of illumination. Our bodies folding into the lighted colors of the elemental beingness we are and the full meaning of what is imparted to our senses.

We were surrounded by the life of our dreams in our dreaming and we sank deep into our raptured repose.

To see and be in the presence of our work is to have your elemental awareness lighted to its full knowledge and this knowledge to write and illustrate your way through the naked structure of this world.

There is a large void sitting in front of me, but I can’t seem to enter with the energy. All day Robert & I have been shifting with the energy so we can see the way to enter the completion of our December show, “The Coming of Fairies”.

Air Seed of Earth is a square with a circle inside. The circle being the idea and the square, the womb that nourishes the idea into life.

Inside the work of creativity is the solid alchemy of manifestation and the transformation of obstacles. Our work is about the movement of obstacles to the Dream. This is often deeply felt during the work and the obstacles to be removed, by the work, are felt and have to be traveled through, in order to create a map pattern within the seen work, that will free the viewer from this obstacle to his or her personal dream.

We often become very discouraged ourselves when moving through this and have to stay close to our own connection to the Divine to survive the coarse of resistance.

Our work is about creating a resource of maps and patterns that enable the individual who views the work to utilize and create from this resource permanently.

We finally went out for a late lunch at our favorite place and gathered the play and ease we have so much needed to begin to paint once again. Late in the evening we began to paint and I realize that if we aren’t given space to paint, we have little to share that deeply moves.

Happiness filled us both as we put the magic of the Divine onto paper and saw once again the full tapestry of our work embody space in this world.

This space our work embodies multiplies the power of the Dream. It is illuminated and alive.

This is the third day inside this piece of the alchemical process. It is amazing to feel the subtle shifts within the process and the resettling of life as it learns to see differently.

I began early this morning, 4:30 am, with a new technique for seeing. It was easy and seemed very reasonable to do, but before it had seemed overwhelming and not reasonable. To begin anew is always such a miracle of differences.

Today I listened to the Word of my own hearing. A body of work I wrote and was given about eight years ago, and have recorded and published in paperback spiral bound. It was like new for me to listen to it again. The word sank deeper. I was more imprinted by its presence as what I needed to hear now.

“The Morrigan”, it’s about the owning of the property of the voice, the soul, the heart, and intention. As I listened I realized I was making, once again, a bid on the property of the atmosphere. It is the hardest property to own and there must be an auction up.

When one is trying to balance and own the life beyond stress, one is trying to own the property of atmosphere. It is ocean property and it is very expensive. It will take you close to your own insanity.

You don’t but it all at once but in layers and levels, but each time you do, you are stronger, more balanced, and when the concrete breaks and the buildings fall, you know you are not falling with them. You just pull up your roots and step aside.

Allowing the detail to come is always what is necessary. You cannot go out looking for it. You ask what it is and allow it to come.

Years ago I worked hard on the detail of my life and I found it was not the detail that was hard, but the forcing of it that made it strenuous. This is a great task, because there is nothing to do except accepting it, and often everything else wants it now.

When moving our house around we wait for everything to know its place first, otherwise you have chaos and bumps on your head from hitting your head on a closed door. This time is kind of like that.

To let go is not enough, because something always must be made, and letting go is only a small step. To let go of what must be made is a great step, because you must know it has already been made.

While we waited for detail we watched the detail of the life of one of our favorite composers, Phillip Glass. Its a new film on his life, career, inspiration, and creative flow.

The last two days have been fun, exhausting, creative, frustrating, overwhelming, and humorous. Sometimes, between our studio residence and our Rockland home, I feel gobbled up, totally consumed, and I don’t think I am enough for such hungry places.

Our house, which I love, needs so much up-keep and preparation for the changes of season, and our studio residence needs re-organizing to prepare for our show in December.

To rely on time is not enough. I feel I have multiplied my time and it just multiplies its needs. We are made to be part of our creative life on all levels, and this includes the mundane. The mundane is quite a hungry fish and the creative process needs it, but I feel it has become a whale of a tale.

My creative process has become too large in some areas and too small in others. I keep trying to trim up the fat parts, but they seem to be taking over. Is this where the dreams of the starving baby come from? I used to have this often, and have not had these dreams at all for many years. I don’t want to wait to have them again, so I’m asking my inner world, my soul, and guidance for help and understanding.

I also realize that too much creativity and not enough physical grounding activity is not good for me either. How do I create a balance between these worlds, needs, and feelings?

The realization of the question is always the beginning of the answer for me. Nameste.

This is a time when the flame needs tending. Not too low and not too high. I often felt a void in this time and the sacred enfolds me, so I can hold the flame steady.

I am gathering the volume of process needed for the movement of deeper understanding in my life, and it has left me filled but not yet fully assimilated. To assimilate volume one must make room and time, and this making of room often for me creates a creative tension that does yield room.

I have to become keenly aware of my body and its surrounding environment. If I don’t I become more aware I will become ill and usually in the area of my body that needs to speak.

I have learned over the years and I have become aware faster and with more capability. Life is such an alchemical process that the fire of transmutation demands your attention and increasing acuity.

The season shifts , which is a huge pattern of transmutation, affects me profoundly and I must focus on the flow needed to breathe into it with comfort. To hear, to write, to feel the current enter and radiate down my mind into my understanding in words, and volume into writing is a currency that names its own price.

It is what I seek, but the price is cast and it requires a change in consciousness or perspective. It is as if someone tells you a secret or shares with you a new idea. To hear it you must pay the price of your ignorance and assimilate it and be affected by the new knowledge.

Living is about knowledge and the experience of knowing which has a price of expansion and expansion requires change.

You cannot lock the door to change as long as you live.

This day has been totally the communication of this alchemical fire in the fire phase and the acceptance has been on many levels of enthusiasm.

The fall is deep and brilliant today and we spent the day playing with our children and grand-children at Beth’s White Oak Farm. Hayrides, apple crisp, corn maze, hay pyramids, picking out pumpkins, and fresh vegetables. Little alchemists all making the most of the vaporization, creating a germination followed by sprouting.

I have felt the rise of aspiration as it meets with fire and water. We now have a car in place of our Jeep and it is such a surprise for both of us. We would never have had this boundless piece with surrender to the Aqua Vita of deep listening.

It is a 2001 Saab convertible, we wanted a small Saab that got good mileage and we asked it to make itself clear to us. It was the best and least expensive on the lot. What a fun little journey boat and Robert & I are still awakening to this gift.

It is a transformer and the grand-children love this. It transforms its shape to become more inspired by air. They call the healing decks they love to use in the morning, “The Transformers”. In this there is an alchemical transmutation that allows us to turn what “is” into a usable piece of what we now need.

So our Jeep transformed into a Saab and the Saab transforms into a convertible that allows more air, aspiration, in our movement’s travel. What fun it is to have an imagination about the serious of our lives. Afterall, we are from Sirius.

This quote has been so forward today, and it has granted much in the way of comfort, as we move through many levels of change. Sometimes I feel I am not quite in touch with what is fully moving. I find myself grasping to reach something solid.

We are now in the last trimester of the earth’s peeling and the forming of her sides for birth is quite a force of energy to be within.

The circling of the moon is more noticeable to me than was before in my life. I feel the current of this time and rest is more difficult at times. I have had to make sure I take more time to meditate and stretch deep into this motion, so that I can stay balanced, but able to stand on one foot.

Sometimes I lose sight of the light and don’t even know that I am in a process of rebirth. I have had five children and know that there is some disorientation that happens during the birthing process, as the focus becomes narrower and narrower and everything else of life seems to disappear.

You are alone with the full force of the moment. You are no longer a free spirit, but a part of this force and can only flow into its need. The need to birth what has become so willed that it will not remain silent any longer and must have a room of its own.

I feel our work has come to this space in my life, and I don’t quite know how to adjust to this child who needs its own space and all my attention. I am struggling to remain present somewhere else and no longer can. What is this child who wakes me in the night and will no longer settle for only part of me?

If I go completely into this new life I am afraid I will completely disappear and no longer be able to come home. I will be lost in the land of fay and never return. I am crowning and cannot return to unborn. There is much more under the veil than shopping for groceries, buying a car, and cleaning the basement.

While writing this, on the iPod a Laurie Anderson song came on from her Big Science album with lyrics that said: “You were born and so you are free, So Happy Birthday.”

This time is somewhat overwhelming because there is so much new foundation being built and shifted over into that it seems almost as if there is no foundation at all.

Daily life has been so unroutined that the surface I walk on seems like water. There is a tide to this so sometimes it seems like stone, but not solid ground that I step on. I walk among the feelings and words of this time. I feel nurtured by the full expression of purpose as all shifts like castles in the air.

One moment the feeling of the whole, and the other the feeling of only the past. Much seems awakened to this motion and stillness combined. I take time to sit and hear.

There is much to know and this new space of float will require much more air to forgive the aloneness of this needed expression.

Robert & I move closer into each other as we mark this foundation with meaning. What is here is meant, and what is not here is meant. I realize that they are the same in will and purpose. Inside the full memory of full foundation is the beginning and it navigates its way towards us.

The periwinkle now added to the bathroom floor in our Rockland home will allow more ease of flow and acceptance of the power of small. The change in the studio residence will bring forward more ease and awareness of the now present intensity of an out-pouring of intended grace.

This grace has given me the easiest flow I have ever felt in communicating, asking, and feeling that is necessary to be in conversation with one’s world. I have asked each thing, each persona, each individual dweller, where it wants to be, and soon I have the answer.

In this one needs to recognize the life and will in all things, and they will move themselves. Its kind of like in the Sword and the Stone, or Marry Poppins, when the magician asks everything to find its place and they do. Awesome fun.

More color is brought to the surface and the Intended Grace is portal entry made ready for the expression of the completion work for this year’s show, The Coming of Fairies, that we’ll hang December 1st at the Camden Library.

The Word is the sacred space of the heart given to the voice. I have felt the sacred move through my mind, my memory, and my soul. To write intuitively is to write from the distance of the meaning and to find a truth that is beyond the ordinary.

To find a compassion that enfolds the mind and allows the voice a mansion of rooms not yet explored. This time has moved an immense focus for the travel of expression that will fill the future with the detail needed for the word to move about in the mind.

To feel an angelic course of will that knows the way and the reason is essential in this time. The hearing of wings is a gift that folds through the weave of letters and the motion of words, as the detail takes on the movement of all things that need room to breathe the breath of aspiration.

In the last two weeks we have have moved and cleaned so much in our Rockland home and this weekend we have done the same in the studio residence. All is created within the power of the Word that knows itself, and all things know the Word that is within them, and the Word that created them.

This knowing gives all things, all life, a life that wings itself into a mystical allowance. I have gotten so behind on my comments, but it is not a lack of interest, but an immense drive to move forward quickly in a small amount of time.

So much so that I am writing in the middle of the night. This is so all levels can move at once without delay.

Today the open heart of timing makes room for us and we find that movement becomes easy, and once again I can feel the full rhythm of myself. I am able to clearly see what it is i want to change and the numbers give me room.

We spend much of the day between river and studio, both moving alliances to support what we want to become available. The sequence of the days comes to us and we begin to prepare and outline for our up-coming show at the library.

Listening to the Creative Life shows that we did together for WRFR.org two years ago, it was so nurturing to enter the creative process and choose one of the 21 that applied to this time in the creative process. Motion and Money. Listened on a bench by the river with the full sun down on my head.

We cooked for the family, organized the studio, talked, did Qigong, instead of what was hard to enter yesterday.

By evening our family picked up dinner and helped us re-arrange our sleeping space for more room. It was so fun talking and sharing and we all saw all the opening that all the movement had created.

The alliance between water (River) and earth (Studio) had grounded the flow of the creative day we needed to feel once again who we are.

The creativity of Air and Earth had finally aspired into an alliance of water seed of earth, and the flow of this has created more room for inspiration and imagination.

Earth seed of air has been a time of much activity in an effort to move an opening for aspiratation, but it seems to have been a day of little creativity.

Sometimes in an effort to create a grounded space we feel unable to lift ourselves up into the feelings needed to awaken the inspiration. We grunt and groan and lift and push, but the inspired cannot get off the ground. We cannot seem to reach the height needed for our bodies to soar.

I feel waited down by my own groundedness, I cannot seem to feel the ecstasy of the creative passion that I used to thrive on. The nectar I cannot partake, because I am too afraid of the time it takes and time feels like it is running out.

Groundedness (Earth) and Inspiration (Air) have little time for each other, and when we try to get them to collaborate one or the other takes over, so it is seldom that we can aspire to the heights of our expectations.

Our daily life has little time for inspiration and can hardly find it, and inspiration can hardly see the ground it walks upon.

I do not know what to do to bring this together. I ask for this to come clear to me.

This has been a beautiful day and the nature of it has been support of family, so this amazes me. The deep mystery has so many intricate angles of gestation and this day has felt many of them.

We did our yoga together and meditated to get our systems more aligned with this fast moving time. We did a painting on our sign out front and had coffee with our artist friend from upstairs while we did it.

Then I prepared fresh brussel sprouts and scalloped potatoes for our family, which they picked up on the way home. The kitchen floor is being painted periwinkle blue, so Robert & I will prepare dinner each night, here at the studio, and they will pick it up. It is a fun way to get to see them each day, too.

It is amazing that the alchemical process is so on the mark with your life, when you listen. I find there are so many levels of listening, hearing, and being in the deep mystery. There are many levels of acceptance and much is veiled in order for us to focus on each level.

Hearing-- now quick, do we move with what we hear? How soon do we trust it? How many times do we hesitate, and how long between hesitations and doing? All this has a deficit within it and our life in the mystery is to bring the deficit to Zero.

I find I have less deficit now in some areas, but still larger deficits in others. Each day I ask to see more, accept more quickly, hear more clearly, require less repetition, and never lose my commitment to be wholly fleshed within the mystery.

Family is also the family of ourselves living in every moment.

Inside the power of the word is the power of the mystery. Allowing the mystery more room in my mind is giving our work more room for its words. Words that flow and move through my cells and awaken a rhythm that holds memory.

The alchemy of this Ether seed of Air is palpable Space (Ether) for Inspiration (Air). I hold this time inside the letter of each word I write, because I wait to hear the rhythm of the language of the power of The Word. My daily life sits inside the full spectrum of noun, verb, and adjective, all being the forming nature of what rises from the conversation of life with its meaning.

We use words to describe, measure, potentize, and cellularize our experience of being alive, but actually it is all so much in the mystery that none of this can be done inside of time, because it is ever-changing and the nature of our intention can only crystallize, not create.

Creation only happens within the mystery and it cannot be contained, or even truly described. It can be felt, experienced, dwelled within. This is true time and the nature of its rhythm is a continual motion of intention. I love this feeling of mystery and thrive on its radiance within me and without.

It has created a life of relationship with words for me to travel within, and the very texture of our work emits its essence. To feel the mystery is to stop the questions and to begin to hear the answers.

This day has literally gotten everything off the shelves of the kitchen of our home, and the alchemical language of our lives has become more physically meaningful. As we prepare to lay down the periwinkle on the kitchen floor, we prepare ourselves for the portal it will open.

A portal of the deep mystery travels us through the periwinkle dot to the other side of our mind. Our world becomes more assimilated as we allow the food of our work the same room we have allowed the good, the bad, and the ugly to vibrate within us.

The patterns of new equation wash through us like water. The periwinkle blue opens the mind to the pineal gateway and the patterns begin to vibrate within the cellular morality of the illusion, till it begins to release its old code.

Air begins to move through the cellars of our old codes and there is an added digit to our final number. The name of the color swatch of periwinkle blue is Twinkle Star, and this is Isabella’s, our 2 year old grand-daughter’s favorite performance piece, twinkle twinkle little star, that she has entertained us with as we move into this time of stars.

We are, at present, completing a book called “The Sirius Mysteries", and will soon publish it on Blurb for all to freely read and be within the mystery with us. Magic happens, has happened, and always will.

This day started out cosy and sweet, and it continued. There has been a current of stress and excitement at the same time, with wonderful pauses of gestating and waiting.

I spent most of my afternoon in the playhouse with the last of the sorting and cleaning. There was an air of fun in it, because I love toys and the sorting and cleaning required much playing with them.

I am now 63 and I wonder sometimes if I am not six going on three inside. I am learning not to judge it, but sit inside the beautiful mystery of it.

Life is shifting so fast that it is sometimes hard to see what is gestating, birthing, transforming, flattening, and building. The more we sit in the mystery of life, without judging it as good or bad, the more the pressure lifts and we feel the levitation of the position we are, inside the alchemical process.

When I do this I can feel the whole vibration of my auric field and the golden narrow rays within it moving outward. There is also a feeling of a forming constancy that knows who and what it is, beyond the illusion.

This seems to even have a holographic awareness that shifts and regenerates its images, especially as I sit into the mystery deeper and with a keener awareness. It is as if it is waiting for a small chink in the armor of existial life that is called reality, but is not. As this chink gets larger I feel something very magical can happen.
